Now when we experience the lack of the Sunlight, we can strengthen and make it livelier with the help of meditation. We can invite this light to enter our inner space if we meditate to the Spiritual nature of the Sun and spread it inside of us.
Sit and calm down. Tell yourself: ‘I am quieting down my mind. I surrender my everyday problems and the flow of meditation to God. I surrender to his will and care. Let this meditation bring benefit to all aspects of my existence and to all living beings. Let this happen out of God’s grace and love.
Relax and imagine that a radiant Sun is appearing in front of your face inside the space of your inner sight. Feel its material and spiritual glow and warmth. Do not create this with difficult efforts. Only let this happen…Take your time and do this in a pleasant way. Choose the most pleasant way and the pace…
Feel how the Sunrays fondle your face. Feel how the light is flooding it. Feel how this light enters your heart. Feel how this light is flooding your consciousness and how it becomes pure as the mountain air. Allow yourself to feel the light of the Sun’s love. Experience its material and spiritual existence. Experience this wonderful Stellar Personality…
Remain calm and breathe consciously. Let your inhale be connected to your exhale. Breathe through the nose and imagine that with each inhale you breathe in the spiritual bliss, light, and warmth of the Sun. Then with each exhale radiate this to the surrounding world.
Do this in a calm and relaxed way, but do not be afraid to radiate the energy. You will still have enough of it left for you.
Feel that the Sun can live inside your physical body in the same way it lives high above in the sky. Feel its spiritual light and warmth inside of you. Let the Sun choose a place inside your body. Allow the Sun to move from the space in front of you into the inner space of your physical body. Most often it will choose your heart or solar plexus. It will fill these spaces with its energy. It will provide you with liveliness and joy.
If the Sun chooses the center of your chest, the process will be somewhat different, but it will still be wonderful. Just surrender to the process and trust it.
Continue calm and conscious breathing together with the inner light of the Sun. Enjoy this and listen to the deep news. Maybe the Spiritual essence of the Sun will be willing to pass it to you. If you make friends with this inner Sun, you may feel that it is willing to travel inside your body purifying it and filling it with energy, light, optimism, and joy. It may happen that you will be observing the Sun’s travel through your chakras. You may also experience its travels as vortexes along your spine or maybe in your head, palms, or feet. Aim not to control this process with your mind. Allow your inner essence, your Spiritual and Divine nature, guide this process. Do not forget to continue calm, conscious, tender, and connected breathing.
If you do this meditation in a right way, without greed, and without tension, you may experience deep pleasure and you may regain strength and optimism.
Your first meditation may last for only two or three minutes. Next day you may meditate for five minutes. Listen to the processes inside of you and do not overdo. This meditation will provide you with the sufficient amount of energy.
Inhale energy and do not forget to radiate it when exhaling.
The beginners often make a mistake when they are unconsciously trying to inhale lots of energy and are not generous when radiating it out (‘maybe I will keep more for myself’). This happens when people are used to the low energy potential and the lack of it. You may get overfilled with energy. In this case you may experience tension, pressure inside your head, or even light nausea.
Therefore it is very important to radiate generously when exhaling. Only this way valuable circulation of energy may start inside your body. It is essential to perceive and observe this. Do not get scared if you experience the energy excess. It is essential to preserve the peace of thoughts and emotions. Tell yourself: ‘I am radiating the energy excess out through my chakras, the top of my head, palms, skin, and feet’. Then wait and allow this to happen.
Later you may continue this meditation each day for five minutes. If you notice that you succeed you may prolong it and meditate for ten minutes. However do not make it longer than ten minutes, unless you have a sufficient meditation experience and perceive its processes.

If you meditate in a discussed way, you will no longer experience cold in your palms and feet and you will no longer complain about passivity, laziness, and unwillingness to act or live.
